Our family run Non-Smoking
Licensed Guest House is centrally
located for touring the Spey Valley and Highlands of Scotland. Relax in a
peaceful, friendly atmosphere where your comfort and satisfaction are our
priorities. Guest return time and time again to Carrmoor and a warm
welcome awaits them. All accommodation is En-suite and all Bedrooms are
Non-Smoking.
Carrmoor
Guest House is situated in the
Cairngorms National Park and Monarch
of the Glen area and we also have the World
Porridge Making Championship in October.

The
Non-Smoking Licensed Restaurant is well known for its excellent cuisine
and serves a Table
d hote Menu as well as an A
la carte Menu including Smoked Salmon, Haggis Salmon, Venison, Trout
Steak ect.
The
menu also has a Vegetarian
Selection and Special Diets can also be arranged for the pleasure of our
guests. All our food is freshly prepared by Chef/Proprietor using where
possible, fresh local produce.
We also have a small but good selection of Wines, which will
complement your meal and after Dinner, retire to the comfortable lounge
for Coffee or Liqueur Coffee or maybe try one of our Malt Whiskies.
Before
starting out on your day help yourself to our Breakfast Table or why not
try our Porridge and Freshly Cooked Breakfast which you can choose from
our Breakfast
Menu something light or go for the Full Scottish Breakfast or if you
would like something special for a little bit extra why not try our Smoked
Salmon and Scrambled Eggs .

Carrmoor
Guest House is a very good base for touring the Highlands of Scotland you
might want to tour a Distillery on the World Famous Whisky Trail or Visit
Culloden Battle Field. Loch Ness is a great day out and you might even see
Nessie. If you prefer Golf we have a very good choice from Carrbridge
itself or Boat of Garten, Grantown on Spey, Kingussie and many more.
Aviemore and the Cairngorm Mountains are a short drive away with beautiful
scenery and with the new railway up the mountain its easy access for
everyone. Landmark Outdoor Centre is 2mins walk away and has something for
all ages to enjoy also we have lovely walks in the village and maps are
provided or you may want to walk further and we can offer some of the best
areas to go to.
If
you would like anymore information about the area we will be happy to help
with routes ect. Glasgow and Edinburgh are about 21/2 hour drive flights
from Luton/Gatwick to Inverness are available and you can hire a car and
save time driving from the South or the London Train stops in the Village
not everyone but they all stop in Aviemore about 7miles away we can
arrange to collect you from the Airport or Train Stations.
All
